Reserve your event
Service Description
To reserve your event date, a deposit is required. Before submitting a deposit, the event must be approved and cleared with one of our booking managers, and a completed contract must be submitted. Once the contract has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to submit your deposit. Dates are not guaranteed until the contract is approved, and the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and compensate for the loss of booking opportunities once a date has been reserved. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another date unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
